The Out of Office

Out of Office 🌿🍋🍯🍦🌴🌞 (makes 4-6 cocktails)

to make the cocktail:
•1 cup of gin
•1 cup of lillet
•1/2 cup lemon juice
•1/4 cup lychee juice
•1/4 cup grapefruit juice
•1/2-3/4 cup honey syrup (depending on level of sweetness you want)
•3/4 cups water
•stir well
•let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving
•serve over ice and garnish with pinch flaky salt and lychee
•enjoy!!!

optional honey lychee grapefruit foam:
•1.75 oz lychee juice
•.75 oz honey syrup
•.5 oz grapefruit juice
•2 oz cold water
•1 gram methyl cellulose
•.25 gram xanthan gum
•shake well
